RED TUNGSTEN ( NETWELD )

TIG welding is a welding process using a tungsten rod to arc (In German called tungsten rod that Wulframe).
Using inert gas to cover the welding line. In present, prefer to use argon gas in the process so commonly known as Argon welding.
The welding process is similar to gas welding, requires two hands to operate, one hand holds the welding torch and another hand holds welding wire. 
Tungsten has many size appropriate with the task or choose the tungsten's color suitable for the workpiece.
Red tungsten releases high welding current,  use for steel, stainless, nickle or titanium welding.
Gold tungsten is similar to red tungsten, suitable for direct current and alternate current. Do not release radiation or substances that harmful to health so good for the user who have to work for a long time.
Green tungsten has component of pure tungsten and use for alternate AC current, suitable for aluminium and magnesium welding.No need to be sharpened the tungsten, low cost but consumption is relatively high.
Grey tungsten is suitable for low DC current and also can weld aluminium with AC current, use for thin workpiece or automatic welding.
Blue tungsten is similar to gold tungsten.
 
Red tungsten (WT20) AWS Classification EWTh-1 has component of tungsten not less than ≈ 98% and thorium between 1.70% - 2.20%
Most preferable. Getting high arc performance, good arc starting and stable current.Suitable for all metal welding.Appropriate with direct current (DC) and alternate current (AC).Need to be sharpened the tungsten.
