Argon welding wire is filler wire without substance same as CO2 wire, different about packaging and welding process only.

Argon welding wire prefer to call TIG rod because the welding process is started with arc from the tungsten and cover the welding line by argon gas.It prefer to use to show the workpiece and the welding line.TIG welding requires high welding skills because it is quite complex and suitable for all metal such as steel, stainless, aluminium, copper and brass, etc.

  • ARGON STAINLESS WELDING WIRE

     

    Welding wire is filler metal using to fill in the melting pool while welding.

    Suitable for steel welding which emphasize to show the welding scale with high strength.

    There are many welding wire categoreis divided by substance and size to proper the task.

     

    TIG 308LSi contain with TIG 308L + Si (about 0.6-1.0%)

    TIG 309LSi contain with TIG 309L + Si (about 0.6-1.0%)

    TIG 316LSi contain with TIG 316L + Si (about 0.6-1.0%)

     

    Carbon = increases the strength of stainless steel, but if there is too much , chromium carbide (Cr23C6) will raise according to the amount of carbon cause of oxidation on welding line.

    L = decreases the amount of carbon in the welding wire, low carbon (<0.03%) is reduction in the occurrence of chromium carbide (Cr23C6).

    Si = increases the amount of  silicon in welding wire cuase the metal melting has a lower melting point.

    Argon welding wire 316L and 316LSi is designed for easy welding without tiny hole and contain with molybdenum in proper amount to help resistance with the corrode of sulfuric acid as well.Suitable for pressure tank , boiler , pitrolchemical and fabric manufacturer.

     

    INSTRUCTION

     

    • Use the dry wire for welding.
    • For the vertical or incline welding position, should angle between the welding wire and workpiece about 40-80°
    • Close the lid tigthly after use.

  • Ther are many size of wire  1.6 , 2.0 , 2.4 , 3.2 mm / PACKAGE : 5 KG
