FLUX CORED WIRE

 

Flux cored wire is bare wire which has flux in the core, it combines an advantage of electrode stick which able to cover the bead together with CO2 wire which can weld continuously effect the fine bead suitable for high quality welding and through well for the X-ray.

(some type of flux cored wire is unnecessary to use CO2 gas covering to bead).There are 2 types of flux cored wire, one is for steel and other is for stainless steel.

  • FLUX CORED WIRE (LINCOLN LW-71)

     

    Suitable for all position welding and work continuously because unnecessary to replace the wire.

    Flux cored wire LINCOLN LW-71 is the most preferable to use for steel work and equivalent with grade AWS A5.20 E71T-1C and E71T-9C.
